Because we bake our pizza in a brick oven, directly on the super-hot stone,
our crust is crisp and darker than the typical American pizza. If dark
crust is not to your liking, please specify “light crust”.

Our pizzas are made with 100% whole milk fresh mozzarella if you prefer a lower moisture mozzarella ask for either a smoked mozzarella or scarmorza (air-dried mozzarella).
